Q.1: Why will the name of Major Aziz Bhatti be written in letters of gold? 
Ans: Major Raja Aziz Bhatti fought against the enemy for six days and nights without rest. He laid down his life in the defence of his country. Therefore, his name would be written in letters of gold.

Q.2: Why was Major Aziz Bhatti awarded the Nishan-e-Haider? 
Ans: Major Aziz Bhatti fought against the enemy with great valour. He laid down his life in the defence of his country. For this act of valour, he was awarded the Nishan-e-Haider.

Q.3: What was Major Aziz Bhatti's reply to his commanding officer? (KHI* Board Science 2013)
Ans: He replied to his commanding officer,"Do not recall me. I don't want to go back. I will shed the last drop of my blood in the defence of my dear homeland".

Ans: Nishan-e-Haider is the highest military award in Pakistan. It is awarded to the bravest soldiers. Those who lay down their lives with great heroism are awarded Nishan-e-haider.

Q.6: What do you know about Aziz Bhatti's early life?  
Ans: Aziz Bhatti was born in 1928 in Hong Kong. his father's name was Muhammad Abdullah Khan Bhatti, who was a teacher there. He got his early education in Hong Kong. He came back in 1945 to his home village Ladian in Gujrat District.

Q.7: How did Major Aziz Bhatti do at PMA? 
Ans: He became cadet of Pakistan Military Academy at Kakul. He did very well at the Academy and was awarded the Sword of Honour and the Norman Medal. He joined the 6th Punjab Regiment as a commission officer where he proved himself a very good military officer.
