ثانوی تعلیمی بورڈ کے ناظم امتحانات ظہیر الدین بھٹو نے کہا ہے کہ بورڈ اس سال نہم و دہم جماعت کے سالانہ امتحانات 2025 میں نئے سسٹم ای مارکنگ کے ذریعے صرف ریاضی پرچہ اول جماعت نہم کا امتحان لیا جائے گا اس سلسلے میں بورڈمیں ای مارکنگ اور او ایم آر کے حوالے سے ٹریننگ ورکشاپ بھی منعقد کی گئی تھیں جس میں ہر مضامین کے الگ الگ ماہر اساتذہ کرام کو نئے ای مارکنگ اور او ایم آرکی ٹریننگ کے حوالے سے ہدایت بھی دی گئی تھیں کہ کس طرح سے اسسمنٹ اور اس کی جانچ پڑتال کرنی ہے۔ لہٰذا بورڈ ان تمام اساتذہ کرام سے درخواست کرتا ہے کہ وہ طلباء و طالبات کو اس سسٹم کے حوالے سے مکمل معلومات اور ان کی رہنمائی کریں۔ بورڈ نے اپنی آفیشل ویب سائٹ، فیس بک پیج اور یوٹیوب چینل پر پر ای مارکنگ اوراو ایم آر کے حوالے سے ایک ویڈیو اپ لوڈ کر دیSource: BSEK

The Board has announced that in the 2025 Annual Examinations for 9th and 10th grade the new E-Marking system will be implemented. However this year only the 9th grade Mathematics (Paper 1) will be assessed through E-Marking - ❌ Fazool afwaahon pe dhyan na dein, sirf authentic maloomat ko follow karein!

📌 اہم نکات:
🎯 طلبہ کے لیے ضروری ہدایات:
🔹 اپنی تیاری کو اس فارمیٹ کے مطابق ڈھالیں۔
🔹 غیر ضروری تفصیلات لکھنے سے گریز کریں، جوابات کو مختصر اور جامع رکھیں۔
🔹 چیکر صرف درست اور متعلقہ جوابات کو ہی نمبر دے گا، لمبے جوابات دینے سے کوئی اضافی نمبر نہیں ملیں گے۔

- 2025 کے سالانہ امتحانات میں MCQs کو OMR sheet پر اس طرح حل کیا جائے گا۔
- ✔️ اس سال آپ کی E-sheet ہوگی، جس میں ہر سوال کے لیے مخصوص جگہ دی جائے گی۔
- ✔️ مختصر سوالات کے لیے 10 سے 12 لائنیں اور بیانیہ سوالات کے لیے 2 صفحات دیے جائیں گے۔
- ✔️ طلبہ کو اسی مخصوص جگہ کے اندر ہی جواب دینا ہوگا۔
* اسی لیے ابھی سے آپ کو بتا رہے ہیں کہ جوابات زیادہ لمبے نہ یاد کریں۔ کئی طلبہ مختصر سوال کا جواب بھی ایک صفحہ یا اس سے زیادہ لکھ دیتے ہیں، حالانکہ اس کی حد آدھا صفحہ ہوتی ہے.
* اس لیے اپنی تیاری اسی حساب سے کریں تاکہ بعد میں یہ شکایت نہ ہو کہ جگہ کم پڑ گئی۔ اور یاد رکھیں، زیادہ لمبا جواب لکھنے سے نمبر نہیں ملتے، بلکہ چیکر بعض اوقات اسے چھوڑ بھی دیتا ہے۔
* جواب کی لمبائی نہیں بلکہ اس کا درست اور متعلقہ ہونا ضروری ہے۔ ہمیشہ مختصر اور ضروری بات لکھیں.

Correct Method
Fill bubble completely, no semi filled, no right sign, no + / - sign, no small circle etc.
Roll Number:
Write down roll number clearly in given space and fill the bubble of each respective number in given below bubbles (0-9) properly.
MCQ Code:
Code Number Given on MCQs Question Paper as 01, 02 etc.
Short & Detail Answers Sheet Number (Theory Script Serial Number):
From the given Answer sheet For Question answers, Copy the serial number at the given space on the OMR sheet and fill the bubble of each respective number in given below bubbles (0-9) properly.
MCQs
The OMR sheet contain the same four options bubble for the respective MCQs, Fill the bubble completely for the correct option of the respective MCQs on the OMR sheet.

A New Grading Policy For Matriculation And Intermediate Exams
Important Announcement for NEW STUDENTS OF IX , X , XI and XII Year For Board Examinations 2025
✅ The board has issued a notification regarding a new grading policy for matriculation and intermediate exams.✅ Students will now receive grades instead of marks and positions. The new grading policy will come into effect from 2025. Under this system, students will be assessed and awarded grades instead of the traditional marks and positions.
✅ The first, second, and third positions will be eliminated under the new grading system. The Inter Board Coordination Committee (IBCC) has developed a new grading formula, which assigns grades based on percentage scores.
