 5. برطانوی مداخلت: -
  • برطانوی مداخلت اور ان کی سیاسی، فوجی اور اقتصادی مدد نے مغل سلطنت کے زوال میں اہم کردار ادا کیا۔
  • برطانوی کمپنی نے مغل سلطنت کے خلاف اپنی طاقت کو مضبوط کیا۔

 مجموعی طور پر، مغل سلطنت کے زوال میں داخلی کمزوریوں، مذہبی اختلافات، قبائلی تحریکوں، مارتھا اور سکھ تحریکوں اور برطانوی مداخلت کا اہم کردار تھا۔ ان عوامل نے مغل سلطنت کی کمزوری کو بڑھاوا دیا اور اس کے زوال میں معاون ثابت ہوئے۔

 چین اور پاکستان کے درمیان طویل عرصے سے دوستانہ اور مضبوط تعلقات ہیں۔ یہ تعلقات دونوں ممالک کی سیاسی، اقتصادی اور سٹریٹجک شراکت داری پر مبنی ہیں۔
سیاسی تعلقات: -
  • چین اور پاکستان کے درمیان قریبی سیاسی اور سٹریٹجک تعاون ہے۔ دونوں ممالک ایک دوسرے کے اہم سیاسی اور سٹریٹجک شریک ہیں۔ -
  • چین پاکستان کی سلامتی اور خطے میں استحکام کے لیے اہم کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔ کشمیر اور دیگر علاقائی مسائل پر چین پاکستان کا ساتھ دیتا ہے۔
  • دونوں ممالک کے درمیان اعلیٰ سطح کے دورے اور باہمی تعاون کے معاہدے ہوتے رہتے ہیں۔

اقتصادی تعلقات: -
  • چین پاکستان کا سب سے بڑا تجارتی شریک ہے۔ دونوں ممالک کے درمیان تجارت اور سرمایہ کاری میں مسلسل اضافہ ہو رہا ہے۔
  • چین پاکستان کو اقتصادی، مالی اور ٹیکنالوجی کی معاونت فراہم کرتا ہے۔ چین-پاکستان اقتصادی راہداری (CPEC) اس تعاون کا اہم جزو ہے۔
  • چین پاکستان کی معیشت کو مضبوط بنانے میں اہم کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔

فوجی تعاون: -
  • چین اور پاکستان کے درمیان فوجی اور دفاعی تعاون بھی موجود ہے۔ چین پاکستان کو فوجی آلات اور ٹیکنالوجی فراہم کرتا ہے۔
  • دونوں ممالک مشترکہ فوجی مشقوں اور تربیتی پروگراموں میں شامل ہوتے ہیں۔
مجموعی طور پر، چین اور پاکستان کے درمیان گہرے اور مضبوط تعلقات ہیں جو دونوں ممالک کے لیے اہم ہیں۔

سوال نمبر 9: دستور پاکستان ۱۹۷۳ء کی نمایاں خوبیاں بیان کیجیۓ.
جواب: دستور پاکستان 1973ء کو پاکستان کی تاریخ کا سب سے اہم اور جامع آئین سمجھا جاتا ہے۔ اسے 10 اپریل 1973ء کو منظور کیا گیا تھا اور یہ ملک کا پہلا اور واحد آئین ہے جو جمہوری طریقے سے منظور کیا گیا تھا۔
اس آئین میں کئی خوبیاں ہیں جن میں سے کچھ اہم خصوصیات درج ذیل ہیں:
1. جمہوری نظام حکومت:
آئین پاکستان کو ایک وفاقی جمہوریہ قرار دیتا ہے جس میں پارلیمانی نظام حکومت ہے۔ اس کا مطلب ہے کہ عوام اپنے منتخب نمائندوں کے ذریعے حکومت کرتے ہیں۔

2. بنیادی حقوق:
آئین بنیادی حقوق کی ضمانت دیتا ہے، بشمول مساوات، آزادی، اور انصاف۔ یہ حقوق تمام شہریوں کے لیے دستیاب ہیں، چاہے ان کا مذہب، نسل، جنس، یا قومیت کچھ بھی ہو۔

3. اسلامی احکامات کا نفاذ:
آئین پاکستان کو ایک اسلامی جمہوریہ قرار دیتا ہے اور اس میں اسلامی احکامات کے نفاذ کے لیے اقدامات کیے گئے ہیں۔ تاہم، یہ بھی واضح کیا گیا ہے کہ غیر مسلم شہریوں کو اپنے مذہبی عقائد پر عمل کرنے کی آزادی ہوگی۔

4. عدلیہ کی آزادی:
آئین عدلیہ کی آزادی کی ضمانت دیتا ہے، جس کا مطلب ہے کہ جج غیر جانبدارانہ اور آزادانہ فیصلے کر سکتے ہیں۔

5. صوبائی خودمختاری:
آئین صوبائی خودمختاری کو فروغ دیتا ہے اور صوبوں کو اپنی پالیسیاں بنانے اور اپنے وسائل کا انتظام کرنے کا اختیار دیتا ہے۔

6. بین الاقوامی قانون کی پاسداری:
آئین بین الاقوامی قانون کی پاسداری کی ضمانت دیتا ہے اور پاکستان کو اقوام متحدہ اور دیگر بین الاقوامی تنظیموں کے ساتھ تعاون کرنے کی پابند کرتا ہے۔

7. ترمیم کا عمل:
آئین میں ترمیم کا عمل نسبتاً مشکل ہے، جس کے لیے اسمبلی کے دونوں ایوانوں میں دو تہائی اکثریت کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔ یہ اس بات کو یقینی بنانے میں مدد کرتا ہے کہ آئین میں آسانی سے تبدیلیاں نہ کی جائیں۔

8. آئین کی بالادستی:
آئین پاکستان کا اعلیٰ ترین قانون ہے اور اس پر تمام دیگر قوانین کو فوقیت حاصل ہے۔ اس کا مطلب ہے کہ اگر کوئی قانون آئین کے خلاف ہے تو وہ کالعدم ہو جائے گا۔

 ان خوبیوں کے علاوہ، دستور پاکستان 1973ء میں کئی دوسری خصوصیات بھی ہیں جو اسے ایک اہم اور جامع دستاویز بناتی ہیں۔ تاہم، یہ بھی نوٹ کرنا ضروری ہے کہ آئین پر تنقید بھی کی گئی ہے، بشمول اس کے نفاذ اور اس میں کی جانے والی ترمیمات کے عمل کے بارے میں۔
 مجموعی طور پر، دستور پاکستان 1973ء ایک اہم دستاویز ہے جو ملک کے سیاسی، سماجی اور قانونی نظام کی بنیاد فراہم کرتی ہے۔ یہ ایک ایسا دستاویز ہے جو وقت کے ساتھ ساتھ تیار ہوئی ہے اور اس میں پاکستان کے لوگوں کی خواہشات اور امنگوں کو ظاہر کیا گیا ہے۔

Management:

It is very difficult to give a precise definition of the term management. Different management authors have viewed management from their own angles moreover, during the evolutionary process of management different thinkers laid emphasis on different expects. For example, F.W. Taylor emphasized engineering aspects, Elton Mayo laid emphasis on human relations aspects, E.F.L, Brech, George R. Terry emphasis on, decision making aspect, Ralph Davis stresses leadership aspect and some other like Barry Rich man etc. emphasized integration or coordination aspect.

Some Important Definition of Management

1. Harold Koontz
Management is the art of getting things done through and with people in formally organized groups.

2. George R. Terry
Management is a disconnect process consisting of planning organizing activating and controlling performed to determine and accomplish the objectives by the use of people and resources.

3. Donald J. Cough
Management is the art and science of decision making and leadership.

4. Mary Cushing Nile
Good Management, or scientific management, achieves a social objective with the best use of human and material energy and time, and with satisfaction for the participants and the public.

5. Henry Fayol
To manage is to forecast, to plan, to organize, to command, to coordinate, and to control.

6. Theo Haimann and William Scott
Management is a social and technical process which utilizes, resources, influences, human action and facilitates changes in order to accomplish organizational goals.

Thus, the above definitions bring out that:
  • Management use a social and technical process.
  • It consists of planning, organizing staffing, leading decision making coordinating and controlling.
  • It is concerned with getting done i.e. accomplished pre-determined objective by the use of people and resources.
  • It helps in the creation, direction, maintenance and operation of organization.
  • It secures maximum benefits for the employer, the employees, and the community.

Management

Management simply means a specific process of planning, organizing, staffing directing and controlling the efforts of the people who are engaged in activities in business organization in order to attain predetermined objective of such organizations.
